Our 8-Step Laundry Process

1. Tagging & Sorting:

2. Garment Inspection

  • Inspect for stains, tears, snags, and potential colour bleeding.
  • Check pockets and accessories.
  • Identify fabric-specific cleaning requirements.

3. Cuff & Collar / Stain Treatment

  • Cuffs, collars, and heavily soiled areas are treated with specialised detergents and enzyme-based solutions.
  • Stubborn stains (oil, grease, wine, ink) receive targeted pre-treatment for effective removal.

4. Pre-Wash Soak

  • Garments with extra dirt or tough stains undergo a gentle pre-wash soak using skin-friendly enzymatic solutions.
  • Ensures maximum stain lift without damaging fabrics.

5. Washing

  • Clothes are washed in high-efficiency machines using the correct water temperature, detergent, and wash cycle for each fabric type.
  • Eco-conscious washing minimizes water usage by up to 40%.

6. Softening & Air Drying

  • After washing, garments receive softener or antiseptic treatments as per customer preference.
  • Clothes are air-dried in temperature-controlled, anti-bacterial dryers, preventing shrinkage, fading, or bacterial growth.

7. Ironing / Steam Press

  • For Wash & Iron services, garments are finished using high-pressure steam presses with Teflon-coated plates.
  • Delicate fabrics are treated with precision temperature control for a crisp, wrinkle-free finish.

8. Quality Check & Packaging

  • Every garment goes through multiple quality inspections for cleanliness, finishing, and presentation.
  • Clothes are folded or hung according to customer preference.
