Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before pickup without any charge.
- Once items are picked up and in transit or processing, the order cannot be cancelled.
- If a cancellation is requested while our agent is already dispatched or at your doorstep, a nominal dispatch fee may apply.
2. Damage & Compensation Policy
We take utmost care in handling garments, using industry-standard processes. However, certain risks are inherent in textile cleaning.
๐ฐ Compensation Policy:
- Maximum compensation: 5ร the service price of the affected item, subject to a strict cap of โน1000 per garment.
- The compensated garment will be retained by the company for audit purposes.
๐ Inspection & Approval:
- Every item is photographed and inspected upon arrival at our facility.
- We will share pre-wash damage, fabric wear, or stubborn stain details with you for written approval before processing.
๐ซ Exclusions from Liability:
- Natural wear and tear, color fading, weak fabric/threading, defective manufacturer labels, hidden accessories (pens, zippers, buttons, ornaments, etc.), or inherent fabric issues.
- Color bleeding due to poor dye quality or color bleeding from non-colorfast fabrics.
- Valuables or items left inside garment pockets.
๐ Claim Validity:
- All complaints, damage claims, or service issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Claims reported beyond 72 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances.
โ ๏ธ Non-Standard Items:
Torn, damaged, or heavily stained garments are processed only after written approval via email, SMS, or WhatsApp confirmation from the customer.
3. Refund Processing
- If a garment is misplaced or damaged (as per our policy), compensation or refund will be processed within 7โ10 working days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method only, or as credits in your Orchid Wallet, based on your preference.
- For subscription plans, cancellation must be requested in writing at least 7 days before renewal. Unused credits within a subscription period do not carry forward and are non-refundable.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays due to unforeseen events (floods, heavy rains, power cuts, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
- Incorrect labeling or manufacturing defects in garments.
- Shrinkage or color change inherent to fabric composition.
In any case, our liability is limited strictly as per the Compensation Policy outlined in Section 2.
