1. Shipping & Logistics Overview
The Orchid Laundry LLP provides professional, convenient doorstep pickup and delivery services for all your laundry, dry cleaning, and home styling needs. Our delivery fleet operates across all designated sectors in Kalyan–Dombivli and Navi Mumbai (from Airoli to Panvel).
2. Turnaround Times
- Standard Services: 48 to 72 hours from the time of pickup depending on the service category (e.g. laundry vs carpet/upholstery care).
- Express Services: 24 to 36 hours. Express service prioritizes your order through the washing, drying, and ironing queue for an additional +20% surcharge (minimum ₹199).
3. Daily Scheduling Slots
We offer four distinct daily pickup and delivery windows to suit your schedule. Please note the cut-off times for booking each slot:

4. Shipping & Handling Charges
Our delivery rates are based on the total order value of your processed laundry:

5. Guidelines & Missed Handover
- Preparation: We recommend keeping your clothes ready in a temporary bag for our rider to collect and transfer to our heavy-duty reusable collection bags.
- Missed Slots: If you are unavailable during your scheduled window, our rider will contact you and wait for a short duration. If the slot is missed, you can easily reschedule to another available slot via WhatsApp or through the app dashboard.
- Contactless Delivery: You can request secure contactless drop-off (e.g. at society security gate) by notifying our support agent in advance.
